RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Marina-Ra Designs take pride in the quality of our products. Only if your items arrive faulty we are happy to exchange your order but only if it is deemed by us to be a manufacturing fault. Marina-Ra Designs cannot be held liable for damage incurred by any third party. Please note each item of jewellery is unique, therefore, there is not an identical product. Only if the item has arrived faulty, due to a manufacturing fault, we will endeavour to replace it with an item similar to your original purchase. However, the item must be returned to us for inspection and testing prior to replacement, and only within 7 days of purchase. It will not be accepted without a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at info@marina-ra-designs.com.au to arrange. Replacement will only be issued at our discretion. Please note that as no two products are the same it is impossible to replace with an exact match. We do not provide refunds, exchange or store credit for change of mind.

Similarly, each Marina-Ra Designs earring is assembled using feature Marina-Ra Designs beads. While we endeavour to make each pair as similar in size and design it is impossible for a set to identical. Marina-Ra Designs earrings are purposely designed to not be exact matches and therefore refunds or exchanges are not applicable in the circumstances.

Please pay attention to product descriptions when selecting your purchases, including the size and weight of your selections as products may vary.

If there is not a similar product available Marina-Ra Designs may, by exception agree to a refund and only if there is not a similar item in stock. This is at our discretion. Marina-Ra Designs will not agree to a refund unless you return the product to us to examination. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Marina-Ra Designs advise that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if we do not receive it.
