Orders for Marina-Ra Designs products can be made through our website by selecting your desired pieces and completing the checkout process.
All prices are displayed in full AUD amounts.
Payment must be made in full at the completion of checkout, in order to confirm your order. We accept payment via PayPal and all major Credit Cards.
All orders, once payment has cleared, will be confirmed via e-mail. You will receive a unique order number, which is to be quoted in any correspondence with Marina-Ra Designs regarding your order. Upon receipt of this e-mail, please ensure that you double check all details of the order, especially your delivery address. We are unable to re-route orders once they have been shipped.
Marina-Ra Designs cannot be held responsible for missing or wrong orders if you have not checked the information sent to you or if you have not provided the correct information. Refunds will not be supplied under these conditions.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of confirmation. We will make every attempt to comply with cancellation requests, however if your order has commenced packing or has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Packing time can vary due to volume demands.
If Marina-Ra Designs needs to cancel an order, for whatever reason, we will contact you to inform you and provide an immediate and full refund via your original method of payment.
Marina-Ra Designs shipping rates are calculated on weight per destination. No one order can be higher than 1.5kg total in weight. If your order exceeds 1.5kg you will have to process as separate orders. All shipping costs are in AUD amounts. Shipping is calculated at check out. All items are sent with tracking numbers, so you are able to track the status of your shipment after it leaves Marina-Ra Designs.
From time to time at the discretion of Marina-Ra Designs, Marina-Ra Designs may offer free worldwide shipping promotions. Marina-Ra Designs reserve the right to suspend, cancel, lengthen or otherwise modify the application or conditions of any promotion, at any time, without consequence.

Marina-Ra Designs take pride in the quality of our products. Only if your items arrive faulty we are happy to exchange your order but only if it is deemed by us to be a manufacturing fault. Marina-Ra Designs cannot be held liable for damage incurred by any third party. Please note each item of jewellery is unique, therefore, there is not an identical product. Only if the item has arrived faulty, sue to a manufacturing fault, we will endeavour to replace it with an item similar to your original purchase. However, the item must be returned to us for inspection and testing prior to replacement, and only within 7 days of purchase. It will not be accepted without a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that as no two products are the same it is impossible to replace with an exact match. We do not provide refunds, exchange or store credit for change of mind.

If there is not a similar product available Marina-Ra Designs may, by exception agree to a refund and only if there is not a similar item in stock. This is at our discretion.
